Paul Phillips

Paul is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience applying AI and machine learning to transform commercial performance at scale. As former CTO of Deloitte Digital, Paul led high-impact teams delivering next-generation AI solutions to global enterprise clients. He previously served as CTO at Magnetic Media and was Founder/CEO of Causata Inc., a predictive analytics platform acquired by NICE Systems. Paul also co-founded Touch Clarity Inc. alongside Quantum Rise CEO Alex Kelleher—a company that became the foundation for Adobe’s Test & Target after acquisition. His strategic, product, and technical leadership will help Quantum Rise clients build scalable AI infrastructure that drives enterprise-wide ROI.

Demetria Veal

With over 18 years in the CPG industry, Demetria has built and led high- performance sales organizations at companies like Crisp, Advantage Solutions, and Atlas. She knows what it takes to grow brands in fast- moving environments—combining data, creativity, and execution. Demetria will help CPG clients at Quantum Rise use AI to supercharge forecasting, optimize trade spend, and create customer-first strategies that drive measurable results.

Hugh Seaton

Hugh is a veteran of the construction tech space with deep experience in innovation and transformation. A former GM at the Construction Specifications Institute, author of The Construction Technology Handbook, host of the AI in Construction web series, Hugh has also served as CEO of a construction software company. With firsthand knowledge of the sector’s biggest challenges, Hugh will help Quantum Rise clients bring AI to the jobsite, improving everything from safety and scheduling to cost controls and workforce management.
