Ball brings over four decades of leadership, boardroom advisory, and transformation experience. During his tenure at EY, he led a £4 billion revenue business of 20,000 people and 1,000 partners across Consulting, Tax, Transactions, and Audit. Under his leadership, EY UK achieved 13 percent compound annual growth, expanded its technology consulting footprint through multiple acquisitions, and advanced a societal value strategy focused on inclusion, ESG, and long-term impact. He has chaired EY’s UK LLP board, led its UK and Ireland executive team, and served on both the EMEIA and Global Leadership teams.
