CHICAGO | January 8, 2026 — Quantum Rise today announced that Louise Keely has joined the firm as Managing Director, Consumer, marking a major senior-level hire as the company scales its Consulting 2.0 model and deepens its sector-specific expertise.

In this role, Keely will oversee work for consumer clients, including consumer products and services, retail and marketplaces, travel and hospitality, media and content experiences, and emerging connected consumer ecosystems. She will also guide engagements where consumer growth is enabled by decision systems such as first-party data and personalization, analytics and decision support, commerce and retail media, loyalty and payments infrastructure, and customer experience platforms.

Previously, she was a Partner at Bain and Company and EY-Parthenon, and served as Executive Vice President of the Global Retail Practice at Nielsen.
